Sheephead

Sheephead is named after the family's favorite card game. The beer is as bitter as the game, and both are beloved. Sheephead blends crystal malt with just a touch of roasted malt, similar to a British Bitter, and the hop varieties and intensity of an American IPA. True to neither style, this ale deserves its own category!
