Kettle Sour

Brau Bros' Kettle Sour is a variant on the Berliner Weisse. It is light in body, very moderately hopped, and soured with a traditional kettle souring process. Often blended with natural fruit flavor, Kettle Sour can be adjusted for sweetness with accompanying simple sugar, and typical flavors include mango, passion fruit, raspberry, and green apple.
