    Moo Joos blends the body and sweetness of a milk stout with the satin mouthfeel of a classic oatmeal stout.  Together, they contribute subtle complexities that build a unique, yet extremely drinkable dark ale.

     Both toasted and flaked oats are milled with a variety of roasted malts to give Moo Joos its signiture color and head.  In addition, several pounds of locally-sourced milk sugar are added to create a residual creamy-sweet, chocolate punch.  A traditional old-world British ale yeast leaves us with plenty of dark fruit, yet allows the dark chocolate and coffee notes to prevail.
